The expansion of this peninsula home also served as an opportunity to update a number of dated rooms throughout the house. The addition of a new lower level suite, complete with office, and a finished gym/garage, makes the lower level of the house along with its easy access to the backyard, a huge success for this active family. The demolition of the old questionably supported deck, and the expansion of the kitchen door to a new 16' multifold door, makes for a perfect environment to entertain on the main level. Custom cabinetry throughout means allows all the items for this family to be neatly tucked away. The master bathroom upstairs is now a spacious and serene retreat with luscious carrara marble and walnut vanity complementing the cool tones.
